In the company KUFIETA S.J. the Product Design Department was established and develops rapidly. The company started cooperation with the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice. The result of the cooperation was interesting projects, many of which are in series production and turn out to be very popular with customers.
Designing
We are also able to produce new products in compliance with particular orders, also for customers from beyond the automotive branch. In this field we can boast of a wide experience.
Full service of the implementation process comprises all stages of the design: usability, ergonomics and material analysis; initial conceptual works, CAD/CAM design, prototyping in all available technologies, rapid prototyping (from ABS or resins).
A team of experienced industrial designers will meet all needs in the scope of aesthetics and innovativeness of designed products.
Production tools
The second stage as regards the development of a new product is the design of the mould structure and performance of the mould in metal.
We design and perform injection moulds in every technology, also multi-component moulds and blow moulds. We conduct an injection process analysis.
We also provide comprehensive servicing of performed tools. We offer full service in the scope of renovations and regeneration of moulds.
However, our contribution into the creation of a new product does not end here, as we are able to take up production by using a modern machine park served by qualified personnel.
Mass production
The third stage as regards the creation of a new product is its series production.
