A number of tools needs to be constructed in order for any product to be completed. The same applies to the bicycle carrier the design and production of which was contracted to KUFIETA.
This project needed the creation of 8 injection molds, as well as additional tools supporting the production and assembly process. They include, among others, a system of tools making appropriate openings in aluminum tubes, saws for aluminum profiles, as well as specially adapted clamping tools for rivets.
The most important was, however, the precision of execution. Well-constructed tools enable an efficient installation and eliminate the need to perform any corrections or other interventions.
The preparation of tools aims at optimizing the production process and ensuring the highest quality of execution for the final product.
