The quality management system implemented in KUFIETA S.C. is aimed to permanently improve our products and adapt them to our customers’ technical and economic requirements.
In order to ensure effectiveness of the quality policy we introduced the Quality Management System in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2009. We treat the ISO certificate as a pass for the European markets and an undertaking to perform systematic work.
Our objectives include:
- permanent improvement of production processes,
- increase in automation,
- development of production technologies,
- expanding the offer,
- modernisation of the machine park by means of installing later generation equipment,
- providing specialist training for the personnel, allowing to improve their competences.
We make all efforts to meet the established time limits for performance of purchase orders.
The quality of our products depends, to a large extent, on the quality of materials, so as regards the performance of the quality policy we strictly cooperate with our suppliers. In the production process we adopt an assumption that it is not only the company’s owners but all employees that are responsible for quality.
That is the reason why everyone that observes a risk of deterioration of quality is obliged to undertake relevant activities aimed to protect it.
